About Stefan Wartinger
Stefan Wartinger is a senior member of the Competition & Antitrust team. His practice includes complex cartel and abuse of dominance cases before the European Commission and the Austrian courts as well as the coordination of leniency applications at a national and EU level. Stefan also has many years of experience in advising on merger control proceedings at a national and EU level. Once foreign direct investments came under increased scrutiny in Austria, Stefan also gained profound expertise in this area and successfully managed multiple proceedings over the past years.
Prior to joining Wolf Theiss, Stefan worked in the Competition team of a leading Austrian law firm in Vienna for many years.
