Vienna, 9 February 2026 – Wolf Theiss has acted as legal counsel to Your.Online in connection with the acquisition of ecomDATA GmbH, a managed hosting specialist based in Oberwart, Austria. The transaction strengthens Your.Online’s performance segment and marks its entry into the Austrian market.

Your.Online is an international digital services group backed by Strikwerda Investments and focused on domain, hosting and security and trust solutions. Its decentralised model supports targeted acquisitions and long‑term development of its portfolio companies.

ecomDATA GmbH is an Austrian managed hosting provider specialising in performance‑focused environments for e‑commerce businesses, including JTL‑Software ERP and other ERP and shop systems. The company will join Your.Online’s Performance segment and continue operating independently under its founder, Andreas Bezuh.

Wolf Theiss advised Your.Online throughout all stages of the transaction. The mandate included conducting legal due diligence, negotiating the transaction documentation, providing support in connection with signing and closing as well as assistance with the integration.
