Wolf Theiss advises Oakley Capital on the acquisition of a majority stake in Graphwise

Sofia, Vienna, 24 August 2026 – Wolf Theiss advised Oakley Capital on the Austrian and Bulgarian law aspects of the acquisition of a majority stake in Graphwise, a pioneer in knowledge graph and semantic data technology and a key enabler of enterprise AI.

The company serves more than 200 blue-chip customers globally and enables organisations to improve the accuracy, auditability and governance of enterprise AI applications.

Working alongside lead counsel Latham & Watkins, Wolf Theiss advised Oakley Capital on all Austrian and Bulgarian law aspects of the transaction.
