About Adina Aurel
With over 20 years of experience, Adina Aurel has been engaged in important M&A transactions in the energy sector as well as in infrastructure real estate projects. Her diverse legal background allows her to assist clients through all stages of a transaction: from the development of projects, regulatory considerations, day to day advice for operational companies, to preparing businesses for sale, performing due diligences, negotiating purchase agreements, coordinating the closing and integrating the operations of the resulting businesses.
Adina has not only extensive experience in the renewable energy industry in Romania due to her position as Legal Director of a Romanian renewable energy association prior to joining Wolf Theiss, but also in electricity and gas trading activities, nuclear energy, natural resources and environmental matters in Romania.
