About Kamila Seberova
Kamila Seberová focuses on complex commercial, intellectual property and data & cybersecurity matters, primarily serving clients operating in the life sciences and other highly regulated sectors. She is particularly noted for her work on high-value and strategically important commercial contracts, including cooperation, distribution, licensing and R&D arrangements. Backed by a wealth of IP expertise, Kamila provides valuable commercial insight on matters ranging from patents, trademarks and copyright to unfair competition, anti-counterfeiting strategies and know-how & trade-secret protection. Additionally, within her data protection and cybersecurity portfolio Kamila counsels clients on issues such as GDPR compliance, data governance frameworks and the contractual allocation of data-related and cyber risks. With her long-standing regulatory background in the life sciences sector, Kamila supports clients on issues closely intertwined with their commercial operations. Before joining Wolf Theiss, she spent over a decade at a leading international law firm and served at the Appeals Department of the Czech Patent Office. She has also served as an adviser to the Czech Association of Pharmaceutical Companies.
