Wolf Theiss advises Coupa on the strategic acquisition of Rossum

Prague, 15 May – Wolf Theiss advised Coupa, the leading platform for autonomous spend management, on its acquisition of Rossum, an AI-first market leader in intelligent document processing (IDP).

Working alongside Kirkland & Ellis, the Wolf Theiss team advised Coupa on Czech law aspects of the transaction relating to the acquisition of Rossum, including conducting an extensive legal due diligence exercise to support the client’s assessment of legal, operational and compliance risks associated with the Czech business. The transaction builds on a longstanding partnership between the two companies and marks a significant step in enhancing Coupa’s AI-driven capabilities across its source-to-pay platform.
