Wolf Theiss advises LLP CRM shareholders on the sale of the company to DIGMATIX

Prague, 17 August 2026 – Wolf Theiss advised the shareholders of LLP CRM s.r.o., one of Central Europe’s leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement specialists, on the sale of 100% of the shares in the company to DIGMATIX AS.

The transaction represents an important milestone in LLP CRM’s development and will enable the company to further expand its service offering, strengthen its technological capabilities and support customers through a broader international platform.

Founded in 2015 and headquartered in Prague, Czech Republic, LLP CRM specialises in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform solutions. The company delivers sales, customer service, field service, customer experience and business process automation solutions. Its team of 25 specialists has completed more than 120 CRM projects for customers across Europe and beyond.

DIGMATIX is an international Microsoft technology group focused on Microsoft Business Applications, cloud solutions and digital transformation services. Through a series of strategic acquisitions across Central and Northern Europe, it has built one of the region’s broadest Microsoft technology portfolios.

Wolf Theiss advised the sellers on all Czech legal aspects of the transaction and provided legal support throughout all stages of the transaction.
