About Adelina Iftime-Blagean
Adelina Iftime-Blagean is the main contact of the Employment and IP & IT teams in Bucharest. With over 17 years of expertise, she has coordinated a wide range of transactions and projects within the areas of data protection, employment, compliance, M&A, corporate and capital markets. Adelina has a particular focus on data protection issues in the context of employment projects and has advised on numerous cross-border and national projects with data protection implications, including compliance checks, vendor or seller due diligence processes, whistleblowing assessments, corporate governance implementation and unification projects, cross-border transfers of personal data, implementation of stock option plans, processing and transfer of sensitive personal data, such as medical data, as well as a wide range of other regulatory projects. Adelina’s clients include companies in the insurance, transportation, agri-business, energy, TMT, FMCG and public sectors.
