HR Unplugged: roundtable on current developments and challenges in employment law
The employment team at Wolf Theiss Romania is pleased to invite you to the fifth edition of HR Unplugged, a roundtable series addressing current developments and key challenges in employment law. The event will take place on Thursday, 19th of March at 11:00 in person at the Wolf Theiss offices in Bucharest.
Following feedback from participants, we will address again the Pay Transparency Directive, especially in light of the fact that we may soon have a public draft of the implementation act. In a few months, employers across the EU will be required to implement transparent remuneration structures, comply with new reporting obligations and navigate enhanced enforcement rights for employees. With the 7 June 2026 implementation deadline for the Pay Transparency Directive approaching, companies must act swiftly to review and adjust their pay structures.
The discussion will be led by Partner Adelina Iftime-Blagean and Counsel Andreea Stan from our Bucharest offices and will cover:
