Wolf Theiss advises Nordic Tyre on the acquisition of Dinamic92 Distribution

Bucharest, 1 October 2026 – Wolf Theiss advised Nordic Tyre Group, a leading independent tyre distributor across the Nordic and Baltic markets, on its acquisition of 100% of the shares in Dinamic92 Distribution S.R.L., a Romanian wholesaler and distributor headquartered in Piatra Neamț. The transaction, which closed on 30 September 2026, marks the group’s entry into the Romanian market and represents its first acquisition since becoming part of Axcel’s portfolio in 2025.

Wolf Theiss advised Nordic Tyre Group on the Romanian law aspects of the transaction, including assistance with due diligence, transaction structuring and the transfer of the entire share capital of Dinamic 92 Distribution S.R.L. as well as coordination with the client and other advisers involved in the transaction.
