Zeno Grabmayr advises clients in the fields of banking and finance as well as M&A and corporate law, with a particular focus on international banking, distressed M&A, restructuring and financing transactions. His work experience includes a secondment to the financing group of the renowned law firm Slaughter and May in London as well as working for a PR firm and at the Asian headquarter of a multi-national industrial company in Singapore. Zeno holds a master's degree in law from the University of Vienna and a bachelor's degree in international management from the Vienna University of Economics and Business. During his studies, Zeno participated in various educational programs in- and outside of Austria, such as an exchange program with the London School of Economics (LSE) or the moot court in civil law. He is currently working on his doctoral thesis at the faculty of law of the University of Vienna.
