Przemek Kozdój is one of the leading Polish finance lawyers with more than 20 years of professional experience. He is the main point of contact for Banking & Finance in Poland. He has worked in international law firms in Poland, the UK and the Czech Republic as well as in a financial institution in Germany.
Przemek’s experience extends to a broad range of finance-related matters. He is well-known for his achievements in real estate finance, where he advised investors and banks in numerous complex transactions in Poland and other countries. He advised on a takeover of a leading financial institution, where he managed crucial financial aspects of the transaction such as the multi-billion, multi-currency credit line providing back-up financing for a mortgage loans portfolio. He has also counselled on transferring an enterprise of a bank to a branch of its holding company, as well as on financial restructurings of Polish companies, with subsidiaries in several jurisdictions. He regularly advises FinTech companies.
