Wolf Theiss advises Immobel on the EUR 107 million sale of Central Point to Lewandpol Property

Warsaw, 18 June 2026 – Wolf Theiss advised Immobel, one of Belgium’s largest listed property developers, on the EUR 107 million sale of Central Point, a landmark office building in the heart of Warsaw’s central business district, to Lewandpol Property.

The transaction is one of the largest office investment deals in Warsaw this year, highlighting the increasing presence of Polish capital in the sector.

Central Point offers a total of 19,370 sq m of office space and meets the highest environmental standards, as evidenced by its BREEAM Excellent certification. Located at the intersection of Marszałkowska and Świętokrzyska streets, one of the city’s best-connected locations, the building is fully let to established tenants.
