Wolf Theiss advises BNP Paribas Bank Polska on the refinancing of the Monopolis project

Warsaw, 20 April 2026 – Wolf Theiss advised BNP Paribas Bank Polska on the refinancing of the Monopolis office project, a complex of buildings comprising office and service facilities in Łódź.

The award-winning Monopolis has become one of Łódź’s architectural landmarks and was designed to revitalise the historic Polmos plant, one of the city’s most distinctive former industrial sites. The project involves the creation of a business and service centre and combines historic structures with modern architecture.

BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A., listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2011 and a member of the BNP Paribas banking group, operates in 64 countries. In Poland, the bank operates as a universal bank with a global reach and provides services to retail customers as well as to other segments including Wealth Management, microbusinesses, SMEs and corporate banking.

The Wolf Theiss team advised on all aspects of the transaction, which included the preparation of a legal due diligence report, financing and security documentation as well as a legal opinion and client documentation.
