Marcin represented Polish and international clients in various litigation and arbitration matters in the areas of construction, corporate, commercial and unfair competition. He also has extensive experience in IT/IP and product liability-related litigations. He is the author of several guides regarding disputes in Poland. He also works in the field of competition/antitrust, advising on merger control issues, reviews business schemes for compliance with anti-competitive regulations, and represents clients in antimonopoly proceedings before the Polish Competition Authority. Marcin frequently holds compliance trainings for clients on Polish and EU competition rules.
