Marcin Rudnik is a member of the Dispute Resolution, IP/IT and Competition/Antitrust practice groups of Wolf Theiss in Poland. He focuses on advising and representing clients in civil, administrative, insolvency and arbitration proceedings, including cases involving IP/IT law and product liability. Marcin studied law at the Universities of Gdańsk and Toruń and the University of Regensburg, Germany, where he was awarded an LL.M. degree. He also studied at an English and European law school organized in cooperation with the University of Cambridge. He is admitted to the Polish Bar and is ranked and highly recommended by the World Trademark Review 2019.
