Wolf Theiss advises Novaco Invest on the acquisition of Tarasola

Warsaw, 9 June 2026 – Wolf Theiss advised Novaco Invest, part of the Warema Group, on the acquisition of Tarasola, one of Poland’s leading manufacturers of premium pergolas and louvred roof systems.

With this acquisition, the Warema Group is expanding its brand portfolio in sun and weather protection and strengthening its international presence. Tarasola complements the existing Warema portfolio by covering additional market segments and price points, while its strong position in Poland and broader European presence support the Group’s internationalisation strategy.

The closing of the transaction remains subject to approval by the competent antitrust authorities.

Wolf Theiss acted as legal counsel to Novaco Invest, advising on all aspects of the transaction, including conducting legal due diligence, preparing and negotiating the transaction documentation and handling merger control clearance.
