About Marcin Rudnik
Marcin Rudnik is a member of the Dispute Resolution, IP & TMT and Competition & Antitrust teams in Poland. He has over 15 years of experience working for international law firms. Marcin represented Polish and international clients in various litigation and arbitration matters in the areas of construction, corporate, commercial and unfair competition. He also has extensive experience in IT & IP and product liability-related litigations. He is the author of several guides regarding disputes in Poland. Marcin has advised on several significant public procurement projects, such as roadway and airport terminal constructions and railway line extensions. He also works in the field of competition/antitrust, advising on merger control issues, reviews business schemes for compliance with anti-competitive regulations, and represents clients in antimonopoly proceedings before the Polish Competition Authority. Marcin frequently holds compliance trainings for clients on Polish and EU competition rules.
