About Klemen Radosavljevic
Klemen Radosavljević (Law Office Klemen Radosavljević, d.o.o.) joined Wolf Theiss in 2008 and has been working in the areas of banking & finance, corporate / M&A, energy law and regulatory (including competition law, banking and insurance regulatory). His career experience includes advising on various financing and capital markets transactions, banking regulatory as well as a wide range of corporate / M&A matters. Klemen also regularly advises on Slovenian competition law issues and on various Slovenian regulatory requirements. Prior to joining Wolf Theiss, Klemen worked for another regional law firm.
