Wolf Theiss advises CONVOTIS Group on the sale of its Austrian and Slovenian SAP business to Aricoma
Vienna, Ljubljana, 12 February 2026 – Wolf Theiss has advised CONVOTIS Group (“CONVOTIS”) on the sale of its Austrian and Slovenian SAP business to the Czech IT group Aricoma. The signing and closing took place on 5 January 2026.
CONVOTIS is a leading European IT services provider with long-standing expertise in scalable IT architectures, digital sovereignty and intelligent system solutions. The group focuses on digital transformation services, artificial intelligence, sovereign cloud solutions and cybersecurity.
Aricoma is a Czech enterprise IT group active in IT infrastructure, business applications, security and digitalisation. Through several SAP-focused acquisitions in 2023 and 2024, Aricoma has become the largest SAP services provider in the Czech Republic and continues to expand its regional presence
Wolf Theiss’ mandate included advising on all Austrian and Slovenian legal aspects of the transaction, including the drafting, review and negotiation of the share purchase agreement and ancillary documentation.
