About Kamil Krol
Kamil Król is a member of the Real Estate & Construction team in Poland. He supports the team in advising warehouse, office, industrial and energy clients on real estate acquisitions, leasing and finance. He has been involved in many legal due diligence processes regarding developed and undeveloped properties, designated for both warehouse and residential purposes. Kamil is particularly experienced in the investment process, especially in issues related to zoning, development and administrative permits. He has taken part in the drafting and negotiating of lease agreements for office and commercial purposes, as well as helping landlords and tenants in ongoing matters arising from lease agreements. In addition to this, he has been involved in real estate finance, both for lenders and borrowers, as well as participating in representing clients in administrative and court-administrative proceedings related to property.
