Wolf Theiss advises CPI Property Group on the sale of a mixed-use building “Diana” to Aya Properties Fund and Curtis Group
Warsaw, 25 September 2026 – Wolf Theiss advised CPI Property Group (CPIPG), one of Europe’s largest owners of income-generating real estate, on the sale of “Diana”, a mixed-use building in the historic heart of Warsaw, comprising hotel and office space, to Aya Properties Fund and Curtis Group.
The building offers 46 apartments, 1,400 sqm of offices, making it a distinctive asset within the capital’s real estate market. The transaction forms part of CPI Property Group’s strategy to optimise its portfolio and further focus on its core income-generating assets.
