Wolf Theiss advises Appeninn Holding on the cross-border acquisition of the Goodyear logistics centre

Warsaw, 24 February 2026 – Wolf Theiss advised Appeninn Holding, a publicly listed REIT in Hungary, on the cross-border acquisition of the Goodyear logistics centre with approximately 56,000 sq m of GLA located in Southern Poland.

The 56,343 sq m logistics facility is fully leased to Goodyear Dunlop Tires Operations S.A. under a long-term agreement with extension options. This acquisition expands Appeninn Holding’s regional portfolio as part of its diversification strategy.

The centre is located in the catchment area of one of Goodyear’s largest European tyre manufacturing plants, close to the Polish A4 highway, a key east-west transport corridor.

The Wolf Theiss team acted as legal adviser to Appeninn Holding and supported the client throughout all stages of the transaction.

“We are pleased to have contributed to this successful closing for Appeninn, marking their second transaction in the Polish market. The transaction once again confirms the trust that leading clients place in our team and highlights our strong position in advising on cross‑border logistics deals.”
