Warsaw, 6 October 2026 – Wolf Theiss advised LemonTree, a developer of high-quality logistics and industrial space, on the sale of Phase 2 of BOOSTER ZABRZE, a flagship logistics development, to Vestas Investment Management Europe. Wolf Theiss previously advised LemonTree on the sale of Phase 1 of the project, comprising two warehouse buildings, to the same investor. Commercecon acted as the general contractor for both phases of the development.
BOOSTER ZABRZE by LemonTree features high technical specifications, energy-efficient solutions and BREEAM Excellent certification. The project is designed to meet modern sustainability and operational standards in the logistics sector.
Wolf Theiss acted as lead legal counsel to LemonTree throughout the entire lifecycle of the BOOSTER ZABRZE development, providing comprehensive legal advice on all aspects of the project, from development to the successful completion of the sale.
The Wolf Theiss team was led by Counsel Bartosz Kopik and Senior Associate Kamil Król, with strategic oversight provided by Partner Grzegorz Skowroński (all Real Estate).
