About Adelina Iftime-Blagean
Adelina Iftime-Blăgean is a partner and the main contact for the Employment practice in Bucharest.
With over 20 years of experience, Adelina advises on a wide range of employment law matters, including compliance and internal investigations, often in a transactional and cross-border context. She has substantial experience in restructurings, including collective dismissals and employee transfers, as well as in handling sensitive dismissal cases. Her other areas of expertise include pay transparency, bullying, harassment and discrimination cases, cross-border retention arrangements, whistleblowing assessments, post-M&A integration, stock option plans, trade unions and collective labour matters, European Works Councils and employee involvement in Societas Europaea (SE).
In addition, Adelina has a strong background and secondary expertise in corporate/M&A, data protection and taxation matters.
