Wolf Theiss advises Indutrade on the acquisition of Euromed in Poland

Warsaw, 21 October 2026 – Wolf Theiss advised Indutrade, an international technology and industrial group, on the acquisition of Euromed Medical Solution, a Polish distributor of diagnostic imaging equipment, primarily ultrasound systems for healthcare and veterinary applications. The transaction will further strengthen Indutrade’s presence in Poland.

Indutrade has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in Euromed Medical Solution Sp. z o.o., a company specialising in diagnostic imaging equipment with annual sales of approximately PLN 90 million. Completion of the transaction remains subject to approval by the Polish competition authority and is expected in Q4 2026.

Founded in 2005 and headquartered in Poznań, Euromed specialises in ultrasound systems for healthcare and veterinary applications and offers fetal monitoring, digital X-ray and mobile CT solutions. The company serves a broad customer base, including public and private hospitals, healthcare providers and insurance companies.

Wolf Theiss acted as lead legal counsel to Indutrade, providing legal advice throughout all stages of the acquisition process.
