About Adrian Krzyzanowski
Adrian Krzyżanowski is a member of the Banking & Finance team. He specializes in banking and finance, corporate, and real estate law. Adrian is one of the leading Polish finance lawyers with more than 25 years’ professional experience. He has worked in international law firms in Poland, the United Kingdom and most recently at the EIB in Luxembourg. He is well-known for his achievements in project finance, leveraged finance and real estate finance, where he advised investors and banks in numerous complex transactions in Poland and Baltic Sea countries. Adrian advised the EIB on its largest-ever corporate financing project in Poland.
