About Michal Derdak

Michał Derdak is a member of the Competition & Antitrust team in Poland, with over 20 years’ experience advising Polish and international clients. He specialises in competition law and consumer protection law and has extensive experience in related areas, including public procurement, unfair competition, advertising and labelling, financial services regulation and food law. Michał represents clients before the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, the European Commission and Polish courts. He has particular expertise in regulatory risk analysis, as well as in the development and implementation of compliance strategies. His experience also includes the design and implementation of distribution systems and the coordination of cross-border competition law projects. He is the author of several articles published in legal journals. Michał is an attorney-at-law admitted to the Warsaw Bar Association.
