Wolf Theiss advises Elvaston on its strategic partnership with DataConsult and acquisition of a majority stake
Warsaw, 1 October 2026 – Wolf Theiss advised Elvaston, a Berlin-based private equity firm, on the acquisition of a majority stake in DataConsult, a leading Polish provider of warehouse management systems with more than 20 years of experience in developing and implementing logistics software solutions. The transaction marks Elvaston’s entry into the Polish market and establishes a platform for further growth in one of Europe’s most dynamic software and logistics markets.
As part of the transaction, German investor Elvaston acquired a stake in DataConsult, a Kraków-based provider of warehouse management systems serving manufacturers, distributors and third-party logistics companies. DataConsult’s established market position in the Polish marketPoland and extensive expertise in warehouse logistics make the company a strong platform for Elvaston’s first investment in Poland and for future growth acrossin Eastern Europe.
Wolf Theiss acted as Polish counsel to Elvaston and advised on the Polish law aspects of the transaction as part of an international legal team led by Morrison Foerster.
