Trèves Group acquires automotive business Greiner Perfoam GmbH and Greiner Perfoam s.r.o. from NEVEON with legal counsel from Wolf Theiss

Vienna, 17 August 2023 – Trèves Group, a France-based manufacturer of automotive parts and equipment, is set to acquire Austrian automotive supplier Greiner Perfoam GmbH and its Czech subsidiary Greiner Perfoam s.r.o. from NEVEON with legal assistance from Wolf Theiss. The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of 2023 and is subject to merger control clearance.

NEVEON, a leading, global, integrated manufacturer of foam composites, which is a part of the Greiner Group, has sold Perfoam, a part of its automotive business, to the Trèves Group. Included in the transaction are Perfoam locations in Austria (Greiner Perfoam GmbH), Czech Republic (Greiner Perfoam s.r.o.), Mexico and joint ventures in China.

A multidisciplinary team of Wolf Theiss lawyers led by Partner Clara Gordon, who was also supported by Partner Christian Mikosch (both Corporate/M&A), advised Trèves Group on the acquisition.
