Tomáš Kren focuses on real estate transactions across the real estate industries, handling all kinds of work related to acquisitions, joint ventures, leasing, various forms of financing and capital markets issues, namely in connection to fundraising, investment firms compliance matters and real estate fund structures. In his 12 years of professional experience, Tomáš has regularly acted for major investment companies, funds, developers, banks and other financial institutions on numerous real estate-related domestic or cross-border deals. Tomáš gained his experience working for leading international and Czech law firms in Prague and prior to joining Wolf Theiss held a role of Head of Legal at Czech real estate investment company where, apart from overall responsibility for legal and regulatory agenda Tomáš took part in the holding‘s top management helping it become one of the biggest Czech office premises holder. Tomáš graduated from Masaryk University in Brno and has become a Czech law qualified attorney in 2015.
