About Tomas Kren
Tomáš Kren advises on real estate matters across the real estate industries, handling all kinds of work related to acquisitions, joint ventures, leasing, various forms of financing and capital markets issues, namely in connection to fundraising and real estate fund structures, and real estate-related disputes. In his 15 years of professional experience, Tomáš has regularly acted for major investment companies, funds, developers, banks and other financial institutions on numerous real estate-related domestic or cross-border deals. Tomáš gained his experience working for leading international and Czech law firms in Prague and prior to joining Wolf Theiss held a role of Head of Legal at Czech real estate investment company.
