About Dominik Mayrhofer
Dominik Mayrhofer is a member of the Real Estate team in Vienna. He advises investors, developers and family offices on development-driven real estate projects, with a particular focus on the acquisition, repurposing and structuring of residential and commercial assets. He has extensive experience in large-scale transactions, including specialised and infrastructure-related asset classes such as pharmaceutical parks, petrol station portfolios and photovoltaic parks, and regularly advises on complex hotel development projects. Dominik supports advises investors and commercial tenants on the enforcement of real estate-related claims and the resolution of tenancy law disputes, with a strong emphasis on pragmatic, commercially driven solutions and the avoidance of litigation. He combines legal expertise with a strong commercial understanding of real estate investments and holds a law degree as well as a master’s degree in Real Estate Management.
