About Zoltan Faludi
Zoltán Faludi is the managing partner of Wolf Theiss’ Budapest office and the main contact of the local Dispute Resolution team. He has over 25 years of experience as an attorney with expertise in energy and natural resources, project finance, corporate and M&A matters. He regularly advises clients on all aspects of energy law including regulatory issues in both national and international energy markets. He specialises in litigation, dispute resolution as well as in domestic and international commercial arbitration, both as an arbitrator and as a counsel. He is an active arbitrator at and serves as Board Member of the Hungarian Commercial Arbitration Court attached to the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and is renowned in domestic arbitration circles.
