About Markus Aigner
Markus Aigner is a member of the Banking & Finance team. He specialises in financing and restructuring transactions advising clients on domestic and cross-border structured debt financing transactions (in particular project, acquisition and real estate financings as well as corporate lending), secured finance transactions, (debt) restructuring transactions and non-performing loan transactions. Markus also advises clients in relation to blockchain related transactions and projects, as well as artificial intelligence, alternative and innovative forms of financing and tech related matters. Before joining Wolf Theiss, Markus worked at two of Austria’s major law firms. He is author of several publications in the areas of civil law, financing and blockchain.
