About Grzegorz Skowronski
Grzegorz Skowronski is a member of the Real Estate & Construction team in Warsaw. He is individually recognised by The Legal 500 and Chambers Europe amongst top real estate lawyers in Poland. Grzegorz has worked at international law firms as well as at a top-notch international trade developer, and his experience gives him a full understanding of the real estate business. He acted as the lead lawyer in some of the top real estate transactions in recent years, with a particular focus on complex, multi-national and domestic portfolio deals which are his professional passion. Grzegorz also advises clients on forward sale transactions, which involves strong elements of real estate development advisory between the sale and completion of the project, including development of historical sites. Grzegorz’s clients are international investment banks, investment funds, but also foreign and domestic key developers in the Polish market. Grzegorz is an attorney-at-law admitted to the Warsaw Bar Association.
