About Georg Kresbach
Georg Kresbach heads the firm-wide IP & TMT team. He is an internationally renowned expert in intellectual property law, online law and IT law. He is a specialist in competition and digital space, and regularly advises Austrian and international media companies, online businesses, telecommunication companies and IT companies. Georg’s another area of focus is pharma and life sciences sector, where he advises high-profile clients in sensitive matters. Georg is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA), International Trademark Association (INTA), MARQUES, the European Communities Trade Mark Association (ECTA) and the Licensing Executive Society (LES) and has published numerous articles in national and international journals, books, newspapers and magazines.
