About Andreea
Andreea Stan is a member of the Corporate/M&A and Employment teams in Bucharest. She specialises in labour law, corporate and commercial law, as well as mergers and acquisitions. Andreea frequently assists clients in complex transfer of undertaking matters, provides day-to-day employment advice (disciplinary cases, training programs, company group level compliance assessments) and advises on numerous employment projects, including drafting and amending collective bargaining agreements, internal regulations and policies and employment contracts. Andreea has also been involved in advising clients on more complex projects such as restructuring cases, collective dismissals and strategic cross-border employment projects.
