About Michal Pypka
Michał Pypka is a member of the Corporate/M&A team in Poland. He specialises in commercial and corporate law, with a particular focus on transactional projects. Michał has been involved in advising on M&A and private equity transactions for Polish and international entities. He has participated in legal due diligence, as well as in the drafting of transaction documentation. Before joining Wolf Theiss, Michał worked at a top-tier Polish law firm, where he gained experience in company reorganisation processes, particularly transformations, mergers (including cross-border) and squeeze-out operations.
