About Peter
Péter Ihász is a member of the Corporate/M&A team and is experienced in all stages of major corporate and real estate acquisitions and transaction as well as complex corporate matters such as mergers and restructuring work. He actively assists high profile clients in their entry to the local market from a commercial, regulatory, and corporate perspective while also providing continued support following their establishment in Hungary. In M&A, Péter focuses on transactions that are technologically driven or carry elements of innovation in a variety of industries, including life sciences. Péter is also part of a team of corporate, employment and litigation experts which conducts corporate compliance investigations for local and international companies. Further areas of expertise and interests include matters related to intellectual property, data protection, consumer protection and commercial regulatory compliance.
