About Klemens Kendler
Klemens Kendler is a member of the Corporate/M&A team, advising domestic and international clients on M&A transactions, corporate reorganisations and Austrian corporate law matters. He has worked on major transactions across the energy, technology, industrial and healthcare sectors, including public M&A transactions and competing takeover offers. With degrees in Business Law and Business and Economics from the Vienna University of Economics and Business and studies at Bentley University in the United States, Klemens brings both legal and business perspectives to his work and takes a practical, commercially minded approach.
