Wolf Theiss advises JP Immobilien on acquisition of Lindner Hotel Vienna Am Belvedere

Vienna, 22 July 2026 – Wolf Theiss has advised ENI Gamma Immobilien GmbH, a company within the JP Immobilien Group, on the acquisition of Lindner Hotel Vienna Am Belvedere. The transaction represents a further investment by the JP Immobilien Group in the Austria’s hotel sector.

Lindner Hotel Vienna Am Belvedere is located in one of Vienna’s most attractive hotel and business travel districts, between Belvedere Palace, Vienna Central Station and the city centre. The property offers significant development potential and provides a strong foundation for future investments and the long-term enhancement of the site.

Founded in 1996, the JP Immobilien Group is one of Austria’s leading private property and hotel developers. The company has completed more than 560 projects across Austria and is active in the fields of real estate marketing, investment, property development and hospitality. With the acquisition of Lindner Hotel Vienna Am Belvedere, the group continues to expand its existing hotel portfolio.
