About Andrea Gritsch
Andrea Gritsch heads the firm’s Banking & Finance practice. She advises clients on complex cross-border transactions, M&A, corporate transformations, restructurings and special situations, as well as financial services and regulatory matters. Her work frequently involves multi-jurisdictional mandates, with a particular focus on financial sector transactions requiring strategic advice, commercial insight and coordinated execution.
