About Aleksandar Ristic
Aleksandar Ristić is a qualified Serbian attorney specialised in dispute resolution, compliance, and M&A matters, with broad experience in commercial and corporate law. He co-leads the firm-wide Investigations, Crisis Response and Compliance practice and serves as a key contact for clients in corporate investigations, asset recovery, white-collar crime and compliance matters. Aleksandar has extensive experience with representation in cross-border litigation, arbitration, and court proceedings, as well as in complex insolvency and restructuring cases. His expertise in dispute resolution includes advising on shareholder relations, construction projects, matters in the financial sector and regulated industries, as well as commercial transactions.
