Wolf Theiss advises Sigma Polymer Group on the acquisition of M.O.L. ROMGUM
Warsaw, 3 February 2026 – Wolf Theiss advised Sigma Polymer Group, a Swedish manufacturer and subcontractor specialising in a full range of high‑quality polymer solutions, on its acquisition of M.O.L. ROMGUM, a Polish manufacturer of rubber seals and technical rubber products.
Sigma Polymer Group has completed the acquisition of M.O.L. ROMGUM in Poznań metropolitan area, Poland. The transaction broadens the Sigma Seals pipe-seal portfolio and opens new opportunities in extruded products by adding specialist expertise in high‑precision pipe seals for drinking water and wastewater applications.
