Wolf Theiss advises LemonTree on the sale of two warehouse buildings to Vestas Investment Management Europe

Warsaw, 18 February 2026 – Wolf Theiss advised LemonTree, a real estate developer specialising in modern and energy‑efficient logistics and office spaces in prime locations, on the sale of two warehouse buildings forming the first stage of the Booster Zabrze development to Vestas Investment Management Europe, an international investment manager overseeing a broad portfolio of logistics and office assets across Europe on behalf of global investors.

The project comprises two buildings with a total area of approximately 50,000 sqm GLA.

Vestas Investment Management Europe acted with the support of strategic Korean capital. The combined transaction value of EUR 120 million represents a significant commitment to both the project and the Polish logistics real estate market.
