Bartosz Kopik has more than nine years' professional experience working in international law firms with clients active both in Polish and international real estate markets. He advises and represents investors and developers in transactional projects (both share and asset deals) related to, in particular, logistics, office and retail sectors, both buy and sell sides. Bartosz provides advice on comprehensive transactions regarding the sale of logistics and retail centers portfolios to international investors. Throughout his professional work, he also has gained extensive experience regarding acquisition of land properties and widely understood development process (including general construction agreements and permitting), as well as with regard to advising owners of commercial properties, in particular, in terms of lease agreements. He is also experienced in advising banks financing acquisitions of office and retail real estates, as well as in advising foreign European government in the area of reforming rules of real estate registry.
