Wolf Theiss advises 7R on the sale of 7R City Park Poznań East II to DWS

Warsaw, 16 January 2023 – The largest Polish logistics developer, 7R, relied on the legal expertise of Wolf Theiss Warsaw regarding the sale of A-class logistics and warehouse buildings, 7R City Park Poznań East II, to DWS, a global real estate manager.

Wolf Theiss advised 7R S.A. on the sale of the A-class logistics park 7R City Park Poznań to DWS. The transaction was led by Bartosz Kopik, Senior Associate, supported by Kamil Krol, Associate. Strategic supervision was provided by Partner Grzegorz Skowronski.

7R City Park Poznań is a modern warehouse park located in the administrative borders of Poznań – 7 km from its centre and 3,5 km from the junction of the A2 motorway and S11 expressway. The location of the park in the immediate vicinity of a shopping centre provides access to city infrastructure, in particular to the bus and tram networks. An additional advantage of the Park is its proximity to the modern Poznań-Franowo railroad terminal. The property, consisting of two warehouse halls with a total GLA of over 51,000 sq. m., meets the high requirements for environmentally sustainable solutions, confirmed by a BREEAM certification.

Wolf Theiss advised 7R throughout the transaction including negotiating the preliminary agreement, conditional agreement and transfer agreement, as well as other documentation for the transaction.
