About Robert David
Robert David is the main contact for Banking & Finance matters in Prague. He specialises in acquisition finance, real estate finance, export finance, project finance, refinancing and recapitalization as well as in general lending. He also has extensive experience in capital markets transactions (bond and Eurobond issues, IPOs, and documenting derivatives transactions). Robert has advised a large number of clients, including financing banks, corporate clients and investors, in a wide range of high-profile cross-border and domestic banking and finance transactions. Prior to joining Wolf Theiss, Robert worked for well-known international law firms in Prague and London for over twenty years.
