Wolf Theiss advises Lagercrantz Group on the acquisition of Nivex Topsafe Group

Warsaw, 1 May 2026 – Wolf Theiss advised Lagercrantz Group, a Tech Group that offers value-creating technology, using either proprietary products or products from leading suppliers, on the acquisition of the Nivex Topsafe Group, a Swedish manufacturer and distributor of secure storage solutions with operations in Sweden and Poland for private and public sector customers.

Lagercrantz Group has acquired 100% of the shares in Nivex Topsafe AB.. Nivex Topsafe Group will be part of Lagercrantz’s Niche Products division as of April 2026. The acquisition is expected to have a marginally positive contribution to Lagercrantz Group’s earnings per share on an annual basis.

Lagercrantz Group is active in nine countries in Northern Europe as well as in China, India and the USA. The Group has approximately 3,600 employees and annual revenues of about MSEK 10,000. The company is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm since 2001. Overall, it consists of approximately 80 companies, each with a focus on a specific sub-market. The businesses share a specialised technical sales model and sell exclusively to other companies.

Nivex Topsafe AB is a leading player in the Swedish market for secure storage solutions, offering products such as security cabinets, fire cabinets and safe rooms. The company operates in both Sweden and Poland and generates annual revenues of approximately SEK 100 million.

The Wolf Theiss team advised on Polish law aspects of the transaction, working alongside Advokatfirman Vinge as legal counsel to the buyer.
