About Elisabeth Poetscher
Elisabeth Pötscher is a member of the Real Estate team Vienna. She specialises in advising on complex real estate transactions, including the acquisition and sale of residential and commercial properties, as well as development projects. Her key areas of focus include further advising on acquisitions of renewable energy assets, financing of photovoltaic developments, optimisation of retail property portfolios, and the revision of commercial lease agreements with an emphasis on sustainability and ESG compliance. She also regularly supports clients in the acquisition and development of data centre sites and has been involved in the redevelopment of major retail and mixed-use properties.
Prior to joining Wolf Theiss, Elisabeth gained substantial experience at a prominent Viennese law firm, where she advised on high-value real estate deals and project developments.
