About Andreea Zvac
Andreea Zvâc is a member of the Dispute Resolution and Regulatory & Procurement teams. Andreea has successfully advised foreign investors and Romanian companies in a wide variety of litigation cases and public procurement matters. She has been involved in a significant number of civil and commercial litigation cases, construction litigation and arbitration procedures as well as public procurement related disputes and employment litigation. Andreea has also been involved in a number of insolvency proceedings involving also cross-border aspects and complex enforcement procedures regarding large receivables. Andreea is a certified public procurement expert.
